Service Terms & Conditions

As a customer utilizing the services provided by PooBusters, LLC, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Yard Access and Notification:

  • You are responsible for granting access into and out of your yard.

  • Notify our team of any changes regarding the listed dogs permitted in the yard, including visiting dogs or foster dogs.

  • If your pet displays aggressive behavior, ensure they are confined from the yard on the date of service. Confirm with our scoopers that aggressive pets are secured before service commences.


2.  Service Conditions and Charges:

  • Failure to grant access to your yard, secure aggressive pets, or inability to perform the service due to reasons beyond our control will result in charges for the scheduled service.

  • The serviced area must be clear of excessively tall grass, leaves, snow, and debris for our guarantee to be effective. While not mandatory for service, visibility is necessary for thorough cleaning. We will notify you if visibility issues arise.

  • Our guarantee ensures 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any work performed, contact us within 24 hours to arrange for re-servicing or receive credit for the visit.


3.  Billing and Payment:

  • We use Square to schedule and bill for services.  

  • A valid card must be on file for service to be performed.

  • Charges will be applied to the card on file the day of or the following business day after each cleaning.

  • If payment is declined, services will be suspended until payment is rendered. A late fee of $8.00 will apply to overdue accounts.

  • Initial cleanings after a significant pause in service may incur higher fees due to accumulated waste.

  • Unpaid balances exceeding 45 days will require payment of all overdue amounts and a $100 deposit before services can resume.


4.  Pricing, Promotions, and Cancellations:

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change, with prior notification provided at least two weeks in advance.

  • Cancellation of regular services prior to one month of scheduled cleanings will result in forfeiture of any signup promotions.

  • Severe weather may disrupt scheduled visits, in which case you will be notified and missed visits will be rescheduled where possible.


5. Advance Notice and Special Circumstances:

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to skip a cleaning, and at least a week in advance if the cleaning falls on a holiday week.

  • Inform us of any periods when your dog(s) will not be using the yard, such as vacations or illness.


6.  Liability and Privacy:

  • PooBusters, LLC is not liable for damages to gates, yards, pets, or any other property.

  • We may take photos of your pet(s) for social media purposes unless you notify us otherwise.


7.  Termination of Service:

  • Either party may terminate service at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be charged to your card.

  • Cancellation of regular recurring services after the first two visits will result in pricing changing to our one-time service fee, based on time.


By utilizing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions and grant permission for PooBusters, LLC to enter your premises and perform the specified services.
